The Relationship between Ethical Leadership and Whistle-Blowing: The Moderating Effects of Job Security and Affective Commitment

The present study examines the positive impact of ethical leadership on whistleblowing. further investigates role job security and affective commitment as moderators relationship between This examined fundamental moderating mechanism, which is unique because no such mechanism has been investigated in previous research. A cross-sectional representative sample 285 Federal Government employees from various Ministries/Divisions Benazir Income Support Programme, a corporate body renowned social safety net under Pakistan, was collected. Of questionnaires, only 241 were deemed useable analyzed. statistical analysis carried out through correlation, descriptive, moderated regression analysis. results supported first three hypotheses that whistleblowing had relationship.
